PETS: If you'd like to bring your furry friend along, we DO allow pets (no cats) under 50 pounds for a one-time $75/pet fee (2 pets max). If you'd like to bring your pet, let us know upon booking and we'll request the fee through Airbnb. Pets under 50 lbs are allowed to stay on the property with the following conditions: - No pets on the furniture - No pets in the hot tub - Pets must be tick & flea-free - Pets must be crated (not provided) when unattended at the property - Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly **Any pets brought without notice will be charged a $200 fee. You will be liable for the cost of repairs from any damages done by your pet. We do have a lot of black bear activity in the area but no need to worry! As long as you leave them be, they will do the same for you! Make sure no food, trash, or other things that would attract them is left outside. To help ensure a smooth stay for everyone, we do require a short rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. This includes standard house guidelines and stay details. A $200 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations. Early Check-In: We won’t know availability until the day before your arrival, and it is dependent on our cleaners’ schedule. If you’re interested, please message us the day before your check-in and we’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate. Late Check-Out: Late check-outs must be approved in advance. Unapproved late departures may result in an additional fee. The booking guest must meet platform age requirements and stay at the property during the reservation. By booking, you’re agreeing to complete the rental agreement prior to check-in. DRIVE-IN: While many areas in the Smoky Mountains can require 4-wheel drive, this cabin does not!
