Kelsey was so easy to work with! If I had a question; she was right there with an answer for me. Very responsive host! We sleep at home with a box fan running for noise mainly, I forgot to back ours but guess what, Kelsey said check in downstairs bedroom closet; there should be 2 of them! Sure enough and also we forgot to bring dog poo bags on this trip too; guess what? Kelsey has the cutest little bucket by the front door with poo bags in it for those old people like me that forget stuff. Our stay was for my mom’s 91st birthday and she even wished her a happy birthday. 🎈🎂🎁. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks again!!

It was a beautiful cabin! The kids loved every bit of it. It was “fancy” 😂 The host was great! She responded back with any questions I had! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy space ❤️

Really wonderful space in the Smokies! Feels like a private treehouse hideaway. Well maintained property across the board. Great communication, easy check in / out process, comfy accommodations - all lead to a very relaxing weekend getaway. Will be returning!

Such an incredible place to stay! Perfectly located on the parkway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Host responds quick with any questions you might have! The Ridgeline was so clean and modern! Absolutely perfect for a getaway! 10/10 would recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our first cabin stay and what a wonderful experience! Was everything we were looking for, and quality of what we were looking for was exceeded. This is definitely gunna be a repeat stay when we come back. The owners thought of so many small details to include in the cabin to make the stay work for anyone. Cannot recommend highly enough! Didn’t get to stay long enough.

Amazing location and accommodations. Little taller than expected as far as how many steps it took to get into the cabin but that’s most likely on me for missing that detail. Everything was perfect and clean and as advertised though

The Ridgeline was a fantastic cabin to stay in for a romantic getaway. The fireplace and hottub were so nice after some long hikes in the Smokies. The stairs are no joke, but just added to the amazing feeling of being high up in the trees. The hosts were very nice and proactive with instructions. We highly recommend this place.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was comfortable and relaxing, with all the little touches that make a big difference when you’re traveling. The cabin had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated how conveniently close to all the attractions, restaurants, and activities in Pigeon Forge. Communication with the host was easy and helpful, and it was clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing Smoky Mountain getaway!

Thank you for everything, we had an excellent stay. The cabin was super clean, organized, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and it was very centrally located. Communication with Kristyn and CoffyKrohn Vacation was excellent. In short, we loved it, and on our next trip to Pigeon Forge, I'm sure we'll rent this same cabin again.

We had an excellent stay! We absolutely loved the place — everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed it so much that we even requested an extra night, and they were incredibly accommodating. They helped us right away and even offered us a discount, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again very soon. Highly recommended!
